Paw's Little Red Car

Last weekend we were in Albemarle & Paw got out his "Little Red Car". I think it is a 1964 Corvair Convertible. Brayden & I got to go for a short ride around the neighborhood which Brayden really enjoyed. He just sat in my lap & let the wind blow his hair!

Sorry for the bad photo...it was a spur of the moment ride & Matt only had his phone to take photos with!

March of Dimes - 2010

Once again Matt & I formed Team TBE in memory of Taylor Benjamin Enzor. This year, we had 26 walkers on our team, including 10 kids ranging in ages from 5 weeks to 9 years old! This is a huge increase from last year (3 adults & 3 kids)! Our team raised over $3000 total for March of Dimes!!

It was the perfect day for walking & we had a lot of fun. I was lucky enough to also meet up with one of my college friends, Lynnette and her son, that I hardly ever get to see!

Getting ready for the walk

Relaxing after the walk

Wesley needed a snack after the long walkand Benjamin needed a nap

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who walked on Team TBE & to everyone who donated to our team!!!

Wesley's 1st Birthday!!

Our godson, Wesley, turned 1 on April 20. The weekend before, his parents had a big birthday bash for him at a park.

The birthday boy digging into his cake!

Brayden enjoyed playing on the playground with Grammy & Paw. Brayden also had his very first ice cream sundae! He really enjoyed it I think!

Eating his ice cream sundae all by himself!
Swanners (Steve, Julie, and Wesley), Kerrs (Jim and Jane), Holbrooks (Gus and Pam), and the Enzors (Matt, Jennifer, & Brayden)

Julie & I have been friends since very early childhood. It is so special that our boys are now growing up together too!
Happy 1st Birthday Wesley!!

Corn on the Cobb

A few weeks ago our good friends, Chris, Kristin, & Brian came over for dinner. Chris is in culinary school & fixed some awesome grilled corn on the cob! Brayden seemed to enjoy it as well!

Box time

We had an empty box in the house & Brayden decided that it was HIS box. He climbed in with his juice cup and snacks & watched Elmo's World. He had a great time climbing in and out of the box for about an hour! Who knew that a simple box could be SO much fun!

The other day I was boxing up some stuff to put in the storage unit & Brayden wanted to get in the box. It was a large box so I put him in the box. He pulled the flaps in on himself & I asked him if he wanted us to ship him to Papua New Guinea to see his friend Ben. Brayden said "YES"...Caleb, Adrienne, and Ben...watch out! You might be getting a Brayden in the mail soon :)

Ketchup Face

Brayden is DEFINITELY my dad's grandson! He LOVES ketchup...on everything! He eats it with his spoon/fork and sometimes his food :)
